Harmony and Contentment Is Within You
Thank you for being here with me today!
Today’s message is all about allowing for harmony and contentment to be central in your life.
If we are being honest, this past year and a half has likely been anything but filled with harmony and contentment…
Yet on some level we have all been invited to reflect deeply that of which has caused us to look outside of ourselves for harmony.
It’s been a period of time where looking within has been the medicine we needed to remember that the harmony and contentment we desire already exists… but it’s WITHIN us, not outside of us.
Think back to a time where you were in lockdown, working from home, not able to go to your favorite yoga classes in person and ultimately sequestered in your personal space…
Did this time not give you the opportunity to wake up every day and choose to look at the blessings in your life that you already have?
Didn’t this period gift you the blessing of realizing that we actually need less than we think we need?
Were you able to come to know the harmony, peace and contentment you were always searching for was right here all along?
In the quiet still morning while you drank your morning coffee, unrushed for once because you didn’t have a place to commute to?
Or in the moments where you got to spend more time with your family (even during the moments where they drove you crazy)?
Or what about the new habits and behaviors you adopted to better yourself in such a pandemic?
Do those gifts remain now that life has picked up pace again? Do you still give yourself time to simply sit back, be and enjoy the little things?
It’s okay if you got lost in the hustle and bustle of day to day once again, but don’t forget to look up and around you every now and again to take in the life you have created…
The seeds you planted to create greater harmony and contentment back in the day should now be ripe for you to bear witness to the fruit that is sprouting off the vine.If you look to the vine and notice there aren’t any fruits, well it’s never to late to begin again.
It’s never to late to plant new seeds of creating greater harmony and contentment for your life while you are still here in this lifetime.
What will you do today to shift from chaos to harmony… and from lack mindset to contentment and gratitude?
I’ll give you a hint, it starts with a slow, deep breath. From there, you’ll know where to go.& so it is!
