Having patience in all areas of your life is a skill and a blessing to the majority of those in this lifetime. There are so many day-to-day irritants that enter our sight, sometimes by the minute. If you take a big cleansing breath of air and begin to look at each one on an individual basis, you will not feel overwhelmed. Allowing them to clump together in a massive ball creates the feelings of being weighed down.
Take one. Figure out a plan with only that one. Either talk to someone about it, call whoever you need to get help, or send an email, but whatever it is take action on that ONE irritant on your list that day. Before you know it, the ONE irritant will be gone and you can take on No. 2 on your list. Before long, you will feel like all is in motion again in the universe for peace to flow into your spirit.
