People make decisions using both of these solutions. Sometimes they are left with a bad feeling as they sit in angst for a long time debating over what to do. Of course they may also be left feeling uncomfortable if they have jumped the gun and made a decision too quickly without enough fact finding or inner guidance on the topic.
So what is the best way to make a decision? Sit within the silence and allow choices to unfold as you feel if it resonates within your body, mind and soul. Or perhaps it doesn’t. Choose a solution to whatever presents itself as a problem at the time. Then sit with it in the silence, journal, ask for a dream for clarification, or discuss it with someone who has an outside perspective and your best interest at heart. These are all ways to feel the most comfortable with the outcome.
Getting clarification from within or without and feeling good with the decision allows you to be at peace in this process. Even if ultimately the decision may be made and then changed at some point in the future, trust in the knowledge that you are where you needed to be with this for this time and this space.
