When there is grace in your life then options become available that weren’t there before. You might wonder, what is spiritual grace? Grace is the act of accepting that which you did not expect. Once you accept it and move on, then other possibilities open up to you.
Spiritual grace is truly a gift from God. It simply comes to us from God’s initiative. Grace is not knowing the outcome but understanding there is a greater plan than that which you know. Once you accept the greater plan, unknown or not, you allow your openness to be put out into the universe. As it is put into the universe, the very thing that you have now accepted becomes available to you.
It is a very strange concept to many. But it is having grace, the ability to accept that which you do not have control over, and being at peace with it. Grace is not something we can control or earn. It’s really out of our hands entirely.
So, how do you practice the art of spiritual grace?
Just accept that you are accepted. Allow yourself to receive, whether they are things, people or attributes like love. Some people expect God’s gifts to be handed out according to some plan. But spiritual grace doesn’t work that way! As the saying goes, we can just let go and let God. All you have to do is stay open to receiving the sacred. Just notice when they come to you without any effort on your part!
This acceptance of the way of the universe allows you to roll past expected outcomes and anticipate what the universe possibly has in store for you. What greater joy and excitement could come from such manifestation? Grace just happens.
