Having the wisdom to access your divine guidance is a gift. How does one acquire this gift? Is it learned from watching those that you perhaps admired as you grew up? Is it something you can attain in a book or learn in school? Or is it perhaps as simple as something that you can gain knowledge from by just living life? Or do you learn from your history of experiences that have all compiled the platform for much of your thinking and beliefs?
Actually wisdom can be acquired in all of these places. It matters not what is the vehicle for learning but only if you have truly decided to pause within the silence to actually look at your past and think about what it is you have learned. Without this “pause” in life, you merely perform robotically. Doing the same behaviors over and over again because that is what you know best. It may not actually serve you very well, but it is familiar.
What about giving yourself some time to admire and learn from the wisdom you have garnered throughout the years? Looking back and perhaps journaling on past decisions, relationships, parenting, career, finances and spirituality will allow you to find the gift of wisdom. For without giving yourself this respite to clearly see what has worked and what hasn’t, it is most difficult to just automatically have “wisdom,” particularly YOUR inner wisdom that will define your gifts on going forth in all these areas!
Are you ready for your gift of wisdom to become plainly seen, felt, heard and intuited by YOU today? If so, then take the first step, and find some time within the silence to hear your wisdom!
